Heroes Paradise is at Brandon, Florida, USA.
Heroes Paradise runs on EpicSurf — a pneumatic system from Cohoes. EpicSurf is a deep-water standing-wave design built by ADG. Water is pumped over a shaped underwater profile to hold a stationary rideable face several feet deep, letting surfers use standard shortboards with fins. Speed and shape are adjustable, so the same wave can run beginner-friendly or full-speed for airs and rail work.
Heroes Paradise is expanding its Brandon, Florida site with an EpicSurf by ADG standing-wave installation, aimed at both progression sessions and family drop-ins. The deep-water design lets riders hold a proper surfboard rail on the wave rather than the softer foam boards used on sheet waves.
EpicSurf is Aquatic Development Group's deep-water standing-wave system. Unlike a sheet-wave, riders use a real short surfboard on a stationary wave face.
It is a family entertainment center that is adding a surf-focused standing-wave attraction. The eight-acre site also runs laser tag, archery tag and rock climbing.
