The development
Atlantic Park Living is the residential piece of Atlantic Park, the oceanfront district built around the Wavegarden Cove lagoon at Atlantic Park Surf, The Dome concert venue, restaurants and retail at 20th Street in Virginia Beach. The apartments are managed by Drucker and Falk and sit directly on the lagoon, so the infinity pool and many homes look over the surf.
The 41 floor plans are named after surf terms (The Dune, Dawn Patrol, The Set Wave) and range from 398 to 1,194 square feet. Internet is included in rent, there are no breed or weight limits for pets, and the building has three clubrooms, a co-working studio with reservable offices, 24/7 package rooms and bike and surfboard storage.
As of October 2026 the leasing site lists the lagoon as a view and a neighbor, not an amenity: no resident surf sessions, discounts or priority booking are published. That is the first thing we are verifying with the leasing office.
