The role
Surf Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Wave Operations Manager for the largest Kelly Slater Wave Co. lagoon in the world, on Hudayriyat Island.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily wave schedule, session loading, and turnaround times.
- Manage wave operators and the control-room roster.
- Coordinate with coaching, safety, and events on contest and broadcast weeks.
- Track capacity, utilisation, and energy use against targets.
Requirements
- Aquatic, attractions, or resort operations leadership experience.
- Experience running or supervising a wave generation system is a strong advantage.
- Certified pool operator credential preferred.
