Revel Surf in Mesa, Arizona is the closest bookable corporate surf venue, roughly six hours by road or a short flight into Phoenix. Waco Surf is the big-group alternative.

Is Southern Utah practical for a large corporate group?

Yes. Las Vegas is the arrival hub with direct flights from everywhere, St George has real hotel inventory, and the Zion corridor is already a proven retreat destination. The wave pool simply gives the itinerary a centerpiece.
