Ocean Kamp is the fix in progress: a 3.5-acre Endless Surf lagoon in Oceanside inside a mixed-use district with a 300-room hotel and 134,000 square feet of commercial space. The project was reset in 2026 with a target of opening by 2028. For planners, this is a watch-list venue with a genuinely strong eventual corporate profile, not a bookable one.

Ocean Kamp is designed around customizable Endless Surf waves, including split A-frames and a left point break, inside a wider district with a hotel and commercial space. The on-site hotel is what makes its eventual corporate profile so strong: meetings, lodging, and water in one footprint. Opening is targeted by 2028 and pricing is not published.

No full-size wave pool is operating in San Diego County today. Ocean Kamp is targeted for 2028. For events this year, Palm Springs Surf Club is two hours away and fully bookable.

What will Ocean Kamp cost for corporate events?

Pricing is not published and will not be for some time. We will track the rate card the moment it exists and flag early corporate booking windows for groups on our list.

Why is Ocean Kamp worth watching for corporate planners?
