The role
The Wave is looking for a Lifeguard Supervisor to lead the safety team on one of the busiest Wavegarden Cove lagoons in Europe.
The role
- Lead guard rotations, scanning zones, and rescue readiness across all session types.
- Run ongoing training, including surf lagoon rescue and spinal management drills.
- Own incident reporting, audits, and daily water and depth checks.
- Deliver pre-session safety briefings and coach the team on guest communication.
You will need
- Current NPLQ or equivalent lifeguard award.
- Supervisory experience in an aquatic or surf environment.
- First aid at work, and ideally a pool plant operator certificate.
Shift pattern includes early starts, evenings, and weekends across the full trading calendar.
