The role
Palm Springs Surf Club is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor to run service around the wave schedule at its Surf Loch lagoon and pool deck.
Day to day
- Supervise bar, kitchen pass, and deck service across session peaks.
- Roster to the wave schedule rather than standard meal times.
- Own stock counts, ordering, and waste tracking.
- Support private events, cabana bookings, and contest weekends.
Requirements
- Two or more years supervising volume food and beverage service.
- Food handler card and responsible alcohol service certification.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
